We collect the minimum information needed to answer your requirement: the details you submit and technical data such as the page you came from, the IP address you send it from, and the country/region derived from that address (used to filter spam and to understand where enquiries come from). We do not sell it.

When you submit a requirement we store the company name you provide, your email address, what you are looking for, which page you sent it from, your IP address, and the country/region/city derived from it. The last items are used to measure whether our pages are useful and to keep automated abuse out.

We keep submissions for as long as needed to answer them and for our own record of how enquiries arrive. We do not publish them.

You can ask us to delete your submission at any time, and we will remove it from our records. Factories listed in the directory can also ask to be corrected or removed.

We count page views on our own server, by day: the page, the domain you arrived from, and the country.

No third-party analytics tag is loaded on this site. Page views are counted only by our own server.
